Once an order ships, there is no way for us to intercept or redirect your shipment.
Please contact the local post office where the shipment has been delivered and give them your tracking number and they may be able to provide more information on the whereabouts of your shipment and redirect it for you. Once an order has shipped, you are responsible for the address entered being correct.
If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to verify the address and reship your order.
If the shipment is not returned to us you will need to place a new order for this merchandise.
