First please check with your neighbors as the post office does occasionally mis-deliver and it is most likely that a neighbor has your package. This can happen more often in apartment complexes. If you live in a multi-unit complex, you may also check with your administration office to see if they received your package. Many times the office will receive a package that cannot fit into your mailbox.
If you still cannot find your package then contact your local post office and let them know they show your package as delivered but you did not receive it. Give them your tracking number and they can better assist internal tracking at the local level.
Sometimes the post office may show your package as delivered however they actually may be holding it for pick up at the post office.
